Exhibitor Information

Please read carefully through the following information before filling out the EXHIBITOR FORM.

The cost to participate as an Exhibitor is $600 for Software Council Members and $800 for Non-members.

This price includes the following:

  • 6 Foot Exhibit Table and 2 chairs
    You may bring a tabletop booth and other display materials as long as they fit in the space allotted and do not encroach on neighboring exhibitors
  • 100 Word company description and logo in the conference program
    These must be received by August 22, 2003 for inclusion in the program guide
  • One full-conference pass to VentureNet 2003
    Additional full-conference passes may be purchased at a reduced rate
    Registrations must be received by August 28, 2003
  • Company name listed on the conference website and linked to your company home page

This price DOES NOT include:

  • Fees and set-up of any additional items i.e. phone lines, electricity, cables, etc. The Software Council will put you in contact with the St. Regis so you can make any necessary arrangements.
  • A 10 minute presentation. If you would like to present please click here
  • A guarantee that companies exhibiting at VentureNet will obtain funding
  • Attendee lists prior to or after the conference

The following types of companies MAY NOT exhibit at VentureNet 2003:

  • Law Firms
  • Accounting Firms
  • Public Relations

If for any reason you need to cancel your exhibit space, you must inform the Software Council in writing by August 15, 2003 for a full refund.
